Cybercana Consulting Inc. is a software consultancy based in Ontario, Canada. We work with businesses that depend on their systems every day and cannot afford for those systems to be fragile.
Most of our work starts the same way. A business has grown past the tools it started with. There are spreadsheets doing jobs they were never meant to do, a CRM half-configured by someone who left, and a few processes that only work because one person remembers all the steps.
We are the people who come in, learn how the business actually runs, and then build the system it should have been running on. Sometimes that is a custom platform. Often it is a properly implemented CRM with the right integrations around it. Occasionally the honest answer is that you need far less software than you were sold, and we will say so.
We run production systems ourselves, not just advise on them. That shapes how we build: we care about access control, data integrity, backups, audit trails, and what happens at two in the morning when something breaks. It is also why we stay on after launch rather than handing over a repository and disappearing.
We start with the business, not the tech
The stack is a means to an end. The first sessions are about your workflow, your constraints, and what a good outcome looks like in numbers.
Security and privacy are part of the build
Access control, consent handling, audit logging, and retention are designed in from the start. Retrofitting them later is painful and expensive.
We work with what you already have
We are independent and take no vendor commissions. If your current tools can do the job, we will integrate them rather than replace them.
We stay after launch
Hosting, monitoring, patching, and improvement are part of the relationship. Software that nobody maintains slowly becomes a liability.
