These terms govern your use of cybercana.com. Consulting and development services are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

This website is operated by Cybercana Consulting Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada. Throughout these terms, "we" and "us" mean Cybercana Consulting Inc., and "you" means the person using the site.

2. Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or engaging our services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on it, or submit false information or anyone else's personal details without their permission.

4. Enquiries do not create an engagement

Submitting the contact form, or exchanging emails and calls with us, does not by itself create a contract or a consulting relationship. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement, statement of work, or proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

5. Services

Where we do provide services, the signed agreement for that engagement governs scope, fees, payment terms, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, warranties, and liability. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, logo, and branding on this site belong to Cybercana Consulting Inc. or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or branding commercially without written permission. Ownership of work product created during a client engagement is dealt with in that engagement's agreement.

7. Third-party links

We sometimes link to other websites for convenience. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.
